Hays Fit Games are a community-wide event focused on shining a light on health and fitness for the masses while determining the fittest individuals and gyms in Hays County. The event consists of a series of ten professionally designed fitness tests that measure strength, endurance, balance, speed, precision, agility, and power. The individual competition consists of ten categories based on age and gender, beginning with 13-18 and progressing by decade up to over 60 years of age for both males and females. The male and female winners of each age division will earn the title of Hays Fittest.

Additionally, area gyms with more than 3 competitors participating will compete to see which Hays County gym is the fittest. The scores for all the participants from each gym will be averaged to determine the fittest gym.

Prizes and awards will be given to the overall 1-3 place winners and each age division winner for each gender.
