By reviewing this packet, you’re one step closer to being part of San Marcos's annual fitness event! This is an important event for the fitness community and allied supporters.
Between vendors, entertainment, children’s activities, and a variety of food and beverage choices, this event caters to a diverse audience. In addition to the main event day, Outsiders Anonymous will host free community workouts leading up to the games, during which time our sponsors will be showcased.
While we do present your typical sponsorship levels, we also offer tailored sponsorship opportunities to help large and small businesses make a difference. All of the preset packages can be customized to fit your needs, and if you have something else in mind, we’d love to hear from you. We would love for this to be a partnership and would be glad to explore additional creative ways to help partner with your business. No matter what you choose, you’ll be showing your support for the mission of recovery and fitness for our community.

Gym Partners 2022
There are a few ways that gyms can get involved. The first is through sponsorship, which will give you an opportunity for you to engage with an audience you might not normally engage with, as well as the community at large, by setting up a table or booth and showcasing the services you provide.
The second is by participating in the Hays Fit Games with your members. To encourage that, we have a "Gym Partner" program where gyms can get free fitness equipment for every member that attends. Once a gym has five (5) or more members sign up, they will receive 20% of all registration costs in credit for any equipment from the unbranded fitness.
Our goal is to create an event that unifies the fitness community in Hays County. So often, we are disjointed and stuck in our bubbles, and hope the Hays Fit Games are a time where gyms can come together in supportive competition. So whether you can sponsor the event or not, there is a place for you here!
No need to do anything special, other than reminding your members to annotate your gym during the registration process, to be one step closer to being part of San Marcos's annual recovery event! This is an important event for the recovery community and allied supporters.
